Surgery & Procedural Appointments:
- Registered Nurse transportation to and from Outpatient Surgery or Procedure  center with up to 2 hours of aftercare.
- Procedures with Oral Sedation or General Anesthesia: $150.00  

24 Hour Care per Registered Nurse:
- Registered Nurse care around the clock. May include transportation, dependent on each case.
- Cost: $500.00 per 24 hours

Hourly RN Care:  
- Cost: $30.00/hour with 2 hour minimum  (add. travel fee over 15 miles)

Post-Op and Medical Appointments:
- Registered Nurse transportation to and from Appointment
- Cost:  $60.00  (additional travel fee over 15 miles or over  2 hours)
